He was predeceased by: his former wife Dolly Purtell; and his sisters, Lucille Brook, Marie Sugg, Lydia Smalling and Doris Jean Purtell.
He is survived by: his wife Dolretta Purtell (Dolly); his children, Terry Nolan Purtell (Patty), Duane Purtell (Barbara) and Denise Bradley (Jerrold); his grandchildren, Rebecka King, Angela Renée Morgan, Terry Seth Purtell, Michelle Ranney, Melissa Davis, Nicholas Bradley, Devon Hamilton, Matthew Bradley, Lindsey Greenfield, Michael Bradley, Ryan Bradley and Meagan Love; and his sister Maxine La Flamme. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren.
