With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Montie L. Sims of Dardanelle, Arkansas, born in Clarksville, Arkansas, who passed away on March 21, 2021 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Montie L. Sims to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman O. Sims and Leatha Vinson Sims; his brothers, William O. Sims, Hoyt Sims and Troy Rip Sims; and his sister-in-law Kay Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Sims; his daughters, Shelley Applegate (B. J.) and Jennifer Bonds (Mike); his brother Rex Sims; his grandchildren, Bryce Applegate (Allison), Brooke Applegate, Ben Bonds and Sam Bonds; and his great grandchildren, Lola, Colton, Legend and Emmberly Applegate.
