She is survived by: her husband Rusty Welker; her daughter Sarah Simone (William); her granddaughter Abagayle Sutherland; her great grandchild Drake Garner; her grandchildren, Addison Sutherland, Marissa Simone, Jackson Simone and Gavin Simone; her daughter Phoebe Newhart (Harrison); her sister Anna Berkey; her nephews, Mike Berkey (Kim) and Jake Berkey; her sister-in-law Jo Welker; her nieces, Jamie Wince (Christine), Erika Wince and Ashley Wince; her cousin Christy Forrest (Trey); and her pets, Joe and Simba. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
