He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Ginger Reaves. He is survived by: his children, Floyd Frank III of Dardanelle, Wonda Frank of Dardanelle, Johnny (Anola Frank), Donny (Jeri Frank), Justa Frank of Russellville and Shasta Frank of Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
