He is survived by: his parents, Dina Hall and Ronald Hall; his sons, Jonathan, Johnathan and Justin Hall; his brother Robert Hall; his sister-in-law Diane; his uncle John; his aunt Marcia Williams; his daughter Kristine Burgess Hall; and his close friends, Rick and Linda Palto.
