He was predeceased by: his parents, Boss Mitchell and Kathryn Waters Mitchell; his wife Margaret Noel Jones Mitchell; and his brother Charles Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Dawson (Mark) of Conway, Amy McEntyre (Chris) of Dardanelle and Wendy Davis (Mark) of Danville; and his grandchildren, Madelyn Davis of Danville, Alyssa, Ashton McEntyre of Dardanelle, Callie of Conway, Mattie of Conway and Lillie Dawson of Conway.
Memorial donations may be made to the Yell County Mounted Patrol or Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville.
