She was predeceased by: her parents, George Overby and Eva Lee Overby (Yates); her husband Billy B. Wells; her siblings, Bobby Overby and Bonnie Cain; and her granddaughter DeAnna Dale.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Don Dale of Jessieville; and her grandchildren, Terry, Ruth Dale, Keith, Angel Dale and Amanda Noles. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Valley Home Missionary Baptist Church in Hollis.
