It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Austa Kathryn Rodgers McCormick of Dardanelle, Arkansas, born in Pea Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mal Rodgers and Erma Tucker Rodgers; her husband Herman D. McCormick; and her siblings, Austin Rodgers, Carolyn Rodgers Foster and Jean Rodgers Cupps.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ann Margaret Rodgers Benton of Petal and Warren Rodgers; her sons, David McCormick (Cheryl), Dee McCormick (Dawn) of Dardanelle and W. A. McCormick (Suzanne) of Little Rock; and her grandchildren, Katie Papasan (Brett), Andrew McCormick, Mallory Onarecker (Tim), Hannah Grubb (Scott), Will McCormick, Caroline Madel (Zach) and Natalie McCormick. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
