He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay Hunt Horn; his children, Lori (Mark Green) and Wesley (Brittney Horn); his siblings, Lewis (Deborah Horn), Patsy Howell of Danville and Linda Gunter of Dover; and his grandchildren, Kaylea, Billy Chrisman, Jaycee Green, Noah Green, Tyler Horn, Haylea Horn and Caleb Escue.
