It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Owen Kelly (Dalark, Arkansas), born in Okolona, Arkansas, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Kelly and Elva Crosslin Kelly; his former wife Carol Stockton Kelly; his wife Nancy Swearingen Kelly; and his brother Lavoy Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Kelly (Brenda) of Conway, Teressa Duncan (John) of Hot Springs, Tammy Dubois (Dale) of Bryceville and Alana Hughes (Mark) of Bismarck. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
