With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Hazel of Conway, Arkansas, who passed away on March 4, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Hazel and Vera Southerland Hazel; and his siblings, Jim Hazel, Frank Hazel and Mary Hazel.
He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Hoffnagle; his children, Becky Farrior (Steve), Lisa Evans (John Hartley), Amy Hazel (Jay Abbott), Colton and Mason Hoffnagle; his grandchildren, Jace, DJ, Emily, Karigan Farrior, Brennen Smith, Julie Sanders (Brad), Jill Edwards (Bobby) and Jackie Robison; his great grandchildren, Josie, John Bradley Sanders and Hartley Edwards; and his sister Helen Hazel Jones.
