It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell King (Conway, Arkansas), born in Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Carrie Alma Hicks King. He is survived by: his wife Mary Christina King of Conway, Arkansas; his children, Haydon Mitchell King, Katie Grace Rebecca King, William Anderson King and Anderson Raney King; his siblings, Annette King Powers Deakins (Michael) of Athens, Tennessee. and Kris King (Greta) of Athens, Tennessee.; his parents-in-law, Ed and Becky Ellis of Conway; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Ladd Ellis (Ashley) of Conway and Katie Scott (Trey) of Conway. He is also survived by extended family and adoring friends.
Contributions to the Memorial Fund will be used to provide financial assistance to sponsor local little league baseball teams and to assist in funding scholarships for individuals going overseas on dental mission trips with BMDMI. It is our hope that through the Memorial Fund, others will have opportunities to experience the rewarding outreach activities which played such a large role in shaping Dr. King's life and legacy.
