He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Jo and Elbert Dale Bowen. He is survived by: his children, Marley Washum (Joe) of Conway, Rachael of Conway and Matthew of Conway; his wife Rebecca; his grandsons, Joseph, Ian, Gabriel and William Washum of Conway; and his sisters, Janet Hendrix of Stuttgart and Pam Fortune of Humphrey.
