He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Rawlins and Helen Looney Rawlins; his wife Ruth Parmelee Rawlins; his brothers, Herbert A. Rawlins, Jr., Robert Rawlins and Donald A. Rawlins; and his grandsons, Matthew Wieland and Austin Hanchey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy R. Tuck (Steve) of Parkersburg, W. V., Pamela Rawlins, Holly R. Wieland, Jill R. Acree (Steve) and Faith R. Hanchey (Craig); his grandchildren, Andrew R. Tuck (Brandy), Martin P. Tuck, Elizabeth P. Tuck, Jeffrey D. Wieland (Mallory), Chloe M. Wieland (Jacob), Elizabeth P. Acree and Claire H. Seguin (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Ella Tuck, Monroe Tuck, Parker Tuck, Claudia Wieland, Isabella Wieland, Maya Wieland and Charlie Austin Seguin.
