He was predeceased by: his parents, Faber Dean and Inez Smith (Langford). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Smith; his sons, Anthony Smith (Emily) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Andrew Smith (Amanda) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his brother Michael Smith of Russellville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Amy, Jayzon, Dana, Jayden, Eva and Keegan.
