He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Stark and Reba Stark. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Linn (Danny) and Jeanne Dale; his nieces and nephews, Susan McCoy (Ric), Christy Priester (Eric), Matthew Hartwick (Rachel), Blake Hartwick (Bridgette) and Kelly Dow (Heath); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Raegan McGhee (Bryce), Andrew Priester (Reagan), Nic Priester, Kavanagh McCoy (Jessie), Rileigh Offenbacker (Aaron), Kyler Hartwick, Brady Hartwick, Lane Hartwick and Kipley Dow; his close friend Debbie Allison; and also, Greyson Stark McGhee and Miss Mary Helen Baker.

The family does recommend wearing masks at the visitation and chapel services, Thank you.
