Haynes of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his brother William E. Haynes of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his nephew Robert E. Haynes; his niece Santana T. Haynes; and his aunts and uncles, Jacklyn Cheeks, Barbara Cheeks, Alberta Robinson, Queen Ottawa, Elizabeth Hardin, Larry Hardin (Cristy) and Barry Hardin (Diane).

“I went to school with Darryl at Darby and Northside. He was such a beautiful person...handsome, intelligent, funny, talented, respectful, and kind. After spending time with his family at the hospital, I saw where he got those traits, and he passed them along to his children. Prayers for his family, and for all of the hearts he has touched. Rest well my dear sweet friend. Your pain has been lifted. Now, we all bear the pain of our loss. I love you, Darryl.”
