He is survived by: his wife Tanya Shirley; his children, Kyla Nicole Shirley Burgess, Tabatha Michelle Hart and Bryan Christopher Mathis; his grandchildren, Landon Charles Shirley Bennett, Addison Grace Burgess, Jack Allen Burgess, Raelyn Marie Mathis and Charlotte "Charley" Nikole Mathis; and his siblings, Randy, Alan and Ann. He is also survived by his 5 greatest blessings.
