He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Hogan and Mary Padgett Hogan; his wife Janette Hogan; his son Charles "Buddy" Hogan Jr.; and his sister Wilma Hogan.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Hogan (Deb), Jim Hogan and Deborah Martin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
