He was predeceased by: his sister Beverley Fletcher; and his grandparents, Willard Mitchell Fletcher, Robert and Dorothy Nichols. He is survived by: his parents, Billy Wayne Sr. and Brenda Fletcher; his wife Tiffani Fletcher; his nieces, Alexa, Allie Fletcher, Aaliyah and Kiara McCann; his brother Brian Fletcher (Adrienne); his grandmother Barbara Fletcher; and also, Chelsea Havens and Felicia Stephen.
