She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mildred Herd. She is survived by: her parents, Lester Ward and Judy Battenfield; her husband Tim Malcolm of Conway; her daughter Lee Malcolm of Conway; and her sister Christy Lewis of Springdale, Arkansas. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
