He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Roberta Williams; and his siblings, Verlon, Loyl and Loretta.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Francis; his stepson Terry Ward (Anita Spencer) of Shirley; and his granddaughters, Jennifer Meurer (Kevin) of Maumelle, Michelle Ward and Rachel Chambers (Roy). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
