He was predeceased by: his mother Bennie Jean Quarles; and his brother Larry Quarles. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Tamera Primm Molden of Little Rock, Teela Quarles-Starks (Geoffrey) of North Ridge, CA and Nicholas Quarles (Tequila) of Bryant, AR; his brothers, Robert Starks (Flora) of St. Louis, MO, Kenneth Quarles (Oleather), Carl E. Quarles (Gearnis) of Dalark, AR and Ronald Quarles of Dalark, AR.; his aunt Shevie Quarles; and his cousin Lynn Jackson. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, as well as, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
