He is survived by: his wife Arlene Steier; his grandchildren, Lucas Svendsen, Neil Svendsen, Charlotte Steier and Benjamin Steier; his parents, Maurice J. and Marian R. Steier; and his mother-in-law Shirley M. Kemp. He is also survived by six brothers, one sister and six sisters in law.
