She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Hubbard and Alva Hubbard; her husband Vester Raney; and her brothers, Joseph, Don and Bill Hubbard.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Neal (A. B.), Rick Raney (Jean) and Kim Neal; her grandchildren, Sherry Sawyer, Steve Raney (Kristen), Christie Proctor (Dale), Brandon Gibby (Erin) and Kasey Smith (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Lauren Raney, Logan Raney, Lindley Raney, Heather Proctor, Brayden Proctor, Haylie Gibby, Hunter Gibby, Bricn Smith, Chris Clark and Briar Smith; and her great great grandchild Aiden Raney. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, family, and friends.
