He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Patton (Dale) of Russellville, Stacey Weaver (Todd) of Centerville and Tina Douglas of Ola; his siblings, Lou, Faye, James and Carroll; his grandchildren, Shanae Douglas, Christy Barker (Danny), Steven Douglas (Samantha), Whitney Debord (Seth) and Drake Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Justin Barker, Abgail Barker, Braxton Douglas, Landry Douglas and Lyndi KayeAnne.
