He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Williams and Elizabeth B. "Eddy" Williams; his wife Betty Burgett Williams; his children, Brenda Lou Williams and Nickie Charles Williams; and his siblings, Woody Williams, Ella Mae Orr and Vivian McGhee.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell Eugene Williams of Casa and Rose Jones (Michael) of Houston; and his siblings, Geraldine Watts of Perryville, Mary Wirth (Billy) of West Memphis, Ann Nix (Charlie) of Bigelow, Joe Williams (Georgie) of Perry, Charles Henry Williams of Dardanelle and Gary Williams of Casa. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
