He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calvin Pennington and Daisy Lee Green Pennington. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Pennington of Holly Springs and Vic Pennington (Pennie) of Holly Springs; and his grandchildren, Nick Pennington of Hot Springs, Adam Pennington of Arkadelphia, Jessie Lambert of Hot Springs, Luke Pennington of Holly Springs and Jake Pennington of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
