She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart B. Evans and Edna Grace McGuire Evans; her husband Rudolph Chambliss; her brothers, Tommy Evans, Billy Jack Evans and Wayland Evans; and also, Lynn Keown, Grace Bradshaw, Maxine Martin, Lola Mae Clemons and Albert Schanzlin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Annette Schanzlin and Christie Smith (Kevin); her grandchildren, Clint Schanzlin, Wade Schanzlin (Angie), Raven Smith and Amber Smith; her great grandchildren, Kane Schanzlin, Kyle Schanzlin and Emi Schanzlin; and her siblings, Larry Evans, Gary Evans, Joyce Key and Lou Ann Moore.
