He is survived by: his wife Sherry Starr; his mother Wynona Dunn Steelman; his children, Blaine Starr (Sarah), Justin Starr (Zachary Leach) and Jami Lucas (Boone); his grandchildren, Gracey, McKaylah Crawford, Triton, Shiloh, Willow Starr, Kate, Jax and Kyleigh Lucas; his brother Ronnie Starr (Rebecca); his stepsiblings, Shelley Gaston, Deborah Hornady and David Rice; his nieces and nephews, Jordan Holder, Katie Starr, Sara Evans, Brett Starr, Derek Lemons and Jarod Evans; and his pet Sally.
