She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Lewis; and her brothers, Carvin Millican, Talmage Millican and Henry Floyd Millican. She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Lewis (Vivian) of Buckner, AR, Robert Dale Lewis (Nita) of Buckner, AR and Richard Lee Lewis; and her siblings, Travis Millican (Annie) of Lewisville, AR, Donnie Strange of Buckner and Jessie Perritt (Harvey) of Buckner. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
