He is survived by: his wife Pamela Foshee (Harbin); his children, Scott Foshee (Angie) of Fayetteville, Edward Harbin of Jonesboro, Mason Harbin of Brookland, Teresa Foshee of Jonesboro, Jenny Taber of Pocahontas, Teryna Neff of Jonesboro, Elizabeth Parsons (Michael) of Paragould and Tamela Headrick (Morgan) of Jonesboro; and his sister Carolyn Conway of Trumann. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
