He is survived by: his friend Randy; and his siblings, Jerry Fowler (Beverly) of Sedgwick, Mike Fowler (Cherry) of Jonesboro, Steve Fowler (Shirley) of Pocahontas, David Fowler of Sikeston, MO, Brenda McGinnis (Harold) of Harrisburg, Debbie Alsup (Steve) of Jonesboro and Kathy Stewart of Horseshoe Bend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
