She was predeceased by: her son Timothy Caudle. She is survived by: her children, Glen Talley, Steve Talley, Larry Caudle, Gary Caudle and Dianna Gilbert; and her siblings, Cecil Forehand, Donald Forehand, Francis Noblin, Jean Gandy and Eula Mae Forehand. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; 1 great- great grandchild; a dear friend and caregiver: Betty Brown; along with a host of other relatives and special friends.
