She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. McHalffey and Carlene Ruth McHalffey (Overman); and her siblings, Danny, Gary McHalffey and Sandy Meader McHalffey.

She is survived by: her siblings, Larry, Rick McHalffey and Wanda Brannon.
