He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Meadows of Brookland; his sons, Rick Meadows (Missy) of Jonesboro and Bryan Meadows (Virginia Hunter) of Jonesboro; his siblings, Emma Lindley (Horace) of Oklahoma, Marline Sullivan (Dewayne) of Illinois, Cary Meadows (Earlene) of Oklahoma and Brenda Pickett (Wayne) of Ravenden; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Bradley, Kaylop and Trinity. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
