He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Adkins. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Brown Adkins of Paragould, Arkansas; his wife Paula; his children, Zac Adkins (Crystal) of Paragould, Arkansas, Carey Adkins (Leah) of Paragould, Arkansas, Amanda of Brookland, Arkansas and Katy Adkins of Brookland, Arkansas; his siblings, Terry Williams (Lisa) of Brookland, Arkansas and Leanna Lee (David) of Paragould, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Kaidyn, Braxton, Seth Polk, Grayson, Carleigh, Livvy and Harper Adkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Woods Chapel General Baptist Church Children's Fund.
