He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Mann and Julia Mann; and his sisters, Betty Breedlove, Bobbie Sexton Russ and Joyce Niles.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Mann; his children, Belinda Mann of Booneville and Danny Mann (Karen) of New York; and his grandchildren, Ashley Mann of California, Julia Mann of Connecticut and Sophia Mann of New York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
