She was predeceased by: her parents, James McCanless and Ruby McCanless; her husband Carl E. Nicholson; her son Curtis Nicholson; and her granddaughter Miranda Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Nicholson and James Nicholson (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Micheal Nicholson, Breanne Yeager, Corey Nicholson, Luke Nicholson and Olivia Quintero; her great grandchildren, Emery Atkinson, Cressida Nicholson, Guinevere Nicholson and Atlas Nicholson; and her siblings, Nina Long, Charlene Shutt and Lloyd McCanless.
