He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Raymond and Willie LaBelle Churchwell; and his son-in-law Walter Cain. He is survived by: his wife Mary Churchwell; his children, Marilyn Cain and John Churchwell; and his grandchildren, David Rice, JonMark Fulmer, Marana Fulmer-Gale, Tyler Gale and Colton Cain. He is also survived by his wife and three children.
