O'Neal, Sr. and Mary Katherine Dyer O'Neal; his brother Bob O'Neal, Jr. (Leslie) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his niece Paige Mhoon (Brian) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his nephews, Joshua O'Neal (Lindy), Saylor of Rogers, Arkansas, Anniston of Rogers, Arkansas and Hyson O'Neal of Rogers, Arkansas; and his close friend Michalene Connealy.
The family requests memorials be made in Rodney's honor to Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Blytheville or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
