He is survived by: his children, Melvin Ronald Crenshaw, Jr. of Blytheville, Donna Kay Wagganer of Blytheville and David Glen Crenshaw; his brother Sammy Crenshaw of Bogalusa, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Amy, Joe, Jeremy and Madison. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
