Janet Chapman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2024, Janet Chapman of Blytheville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Smith and Jean Dodt Smith; and her nephew Ross Smith. She is survived by: her husband Bob Chapman; her daughters, Brooke Kincaid (Josh), Heather Wallace of Jonesboro and Amber Adkins of Florida; her grandchildren, Rylan, Carter, Carsen, Madison, Payton and Harlan; her great grandchild Knox; and her siblings, Doug Smith (Donna), Michael Smith (Ellie), Wayne Smith (Cynthia), Wally Smith (Ann), Greg Smith (Charna), Mike Davis and Paula Banks.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Blytheville Humane Society, PO Box 1855 Blytheville, Arkansas 72316, as Janet and Bob always opened their hearts and homes to those animals that needed a safe sanctuary.
