She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Arthur and Eula Alma Shands (Lyell); her husband Bobby Joe Binkley; and her sons, Darrell Binkley and Bobby Joe "Mickey" Binkley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vanessa Gurley of Kennett, MO, Kay Bradley of Portageville, MO, Susan Marcelle Kriwanek of Steele, MO, Lori "Penny" Dreger of Blytheville, AR and Kelli Liles of Memphis, TN; and her siblings, Vonnie Dowell of Aurora, IL, Roy Shands of Olive Branch, MS, James Shands of Illinois and Riley Shands of Illinois. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
