He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Kelley and Franziska Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Morschauser Kelley; his siblings, Peter Kelley (Sylvia) of California and Debbie Knight (Lee) of Dell; and his nephew Dustin Polk (Anna) of Dell.
