She was predeceased by: her parents, Maney Sheets and Ella Sheets; her siblings, Kermit, Vernon, Boyd, Donna Fendley (Donnie) and Hazel Nelson; and her grandson Zebulon Loyd Smith.

She is survived by: her husband William Loyd; her children, Stan Smith (Dallas), Lana Hughes of Bismarck and Gaye Smith of Little Rock; and her grandchildren, Zach Smith (Casey), Adam Smith, Austin Smith, Kori Lee (Jonathan) and Carrie Cannon. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
