He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Clemmons, and J. B. Clemmons Jr. of St. Petersburg; and his brother Stuart Clemmons of Mill Valley. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Van Hook (Mark) and Karina Clemmons (Paul Charton); his wife Lynnell Mitchell of Bismarck; his nieces, Christine and Elizabeth Clemmons; and his nephew Michael Clemmons. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
