He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hart and Retha Meridith Hart; his grandchildren, Morgan Hampton and Baby Fluke; his siblings, Kay Brooks and John David Hart; and his in-laws, Loyd and Dorothy Godwin.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Godwin Hart; his daughters, Shauntae Hampton (Jason), Phyllis Fluke (Sam) and Rethalee Morrow (Brody); his grandchildren, Colby Hampton, Nathan Morrow, Natalee Morrow, Breanna Fluke and Bayleigh Fluke; his sisters, Beulah Bagwell (Donnie) and Regina Byers (Dave); and his brothers-in-law, Wayland Brooks and Randall Godwin (Verna). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
