It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Eugene Ramsey of Biggers, Arkansas, born in Pocahontas, Arkansas, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehman Ramsey and Delia Oliver Ramsey; and his siblings, Billie Jo Tidwell Ramsey, Joyce Thielemier, Laveda Jones, Betty Jane Godwin, Donald Ramsey, Ray Ramsey, Lloyd Godwin and Jerry Ramsey.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Ramsey; and his children, Anita Ramsey, Debbie Ramsey and Dale Ramsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
