He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Marie Moore (Hinds) and Ed Moore; and his grandparents, Sherman, Helena Hinds, Reuel and Dortha Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Bennett Moore; his children, Adam Tyler Moore of Fayetteville, Jared Logan Moore (Rachel) of Granby, Missouri and Jada Renae Williams (Drew) of Albany, Georgia; his sisters, Debbie Townsley (Gary) of Springfield and Janet Moore of Lowell, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Casey, Jasmine, Sara and Luke. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
